Refund / Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, personalized items, and sale items are final sale.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@4degreesbrewing.com with your order number.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days after inspection.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
