Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Shipping – estimated delivery 7 to 10 days from shipping date
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within Ontario. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand) may affect delivery times. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend.
